Cali Comfort BBQ is another place that brings the word "cool" to mind. This sports bar, barbecue joint, and breakfast and brunch stop is such a beloved place to chill out and relax in the Mount Helix area. San Diego Party Bus Service customers know this and that's why they request it all the time. The booths are just great, very roomy and comfortable, and we love the bar area as well. As far as the menu goes, we're big fans of the pulled pork sandwiches and the delicious tri-tip. The mac and cheese is nothing short of amazing and we can't say enough good things about their wedding beans. For dessert, gotta try the peach cobbler!

We love the fact that they have a bar on the premises, though it's not a full bar, and they even serve delicious Arnold Palmers here. Love that. The cappellini is the best that we've ever laid tastebuds on, and the butternut squash ravioli will put a smile on your face and keep it there! The smoked salmon and shrimp fettuccine is another treat that we can't say enough good things about. There are televisions here for sports watchers and they also feature beautiful outdoor seating.

BO-beau kitchen + garden is another really great one that definitely captures a lot of attention from our Mount Helix area San Diego Party Bus Service travelers. There's generally a wait because it's such a popular place, so do call well in advance of your party bus outing so that they can make room for you! The Mediterranean and French delights that you'll find on this menu are so impressive, and we're in love with the pork belly pizza, the crispy brussels sprouts, and the yummy French onion soup. The short rib flat bread is amazing too! So many good things to choose from. Full bar, outdoor seating, TV for sports, free wi-fi!

If you've got a very cool event coming up with San Diego Party Bus Service and you want to choose an equally cool restaurant and pub to dine and drink at, The Hills out here the Mount Helix area (actually located in nearby La Mesa) will be more than ideal for you. There are so many yummy things on this menu that you'll want to try, with our personal favorite being the bouffant burger. Just amazing and so huge. The fries are top notch and so are the drinks. The live music on the weekends is a big draw, so if you have the chance to come out on a Saturday, that's a great time to do so. Check out their event schedule before you head out!

Brigantine, known to regulars as simply "The Brig," is a local seafood restaurant that's a high recommendation from San Diego Party Bus Service for our customers in the Mount Helix vicinity. They've got some of the nicest servers working here that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They really make you feel at home. If you're a lover of a really good clam chowder, you've simply got to try theirs. The fish tacos are a must-have as well. Even if you're not a seafood lover, they've got you covered with yummy burgers and chicken dishes. Everything here seems to fall comfortably into the comfort food category! Good stuff!
