San Diego Party Bus Service is very open about our prices and our policies. While we can't list precise prices on our site because of the changing nature of fuel prices and other factors that contribute to our calculations, we will be fully transparent with you when you call or email us with your party info and we'll send you a free price quote instantly with absolutely no obligation on your part. On this page we'll tell you a bit more about the booking process and what's required to get your service date and San Diego Party Bus Service vehicle locked down for your desired date, but remember that for exact prices, we are always just a phone call away.


DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT IN FULL

When booking a San Diego Party Bus Service bus, we require a $100 deposit up front. You can make this deposit very easily via telephone by credit card or online via PayPal, or if you prefer, you can come down to our offices and make your deposit via personal or business check or even cash. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full to San Diego Party Bus Service before the time of pick up.


CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSIT REFUNDS

You'll be able to get your deposit back if you have to cancel more than 30 days in advance of your trip. You'll only have to forfeit your deposit if you give us less than 30 days notice for cancellation. If your cancellation is within 14 days of your trip, the full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card you have on file.


CANCELLATION AFTER PICK UP

In the extremely rare event that you have to cancel your event after pickup has already occurred, you authorize us to charge your credit car with any remaining balance in addition to a 20% gratuity fee, plus a 3% administration fee for credit card transactions. Please note that you agree to all of the terms on this page upon signing and submitting your reservation papers.


INFORMATION WE'LL NEED FROM YOU

In order to begin the booking process and to offer you your free price quote, we'll need some information from you. This will include your full name, personal address and billing address, daytime and evening phone, email address, the date of your event, rental start and end times, number of passengers, and pick up and drop off addresses. If you decide to accept the price quote and to book your bus, we'll need your payment information too, of course.
